Portsmouth City Council and Havant Borough council confirm no collections will be made on Monday 19 September, with all collections that week being moved forward one day.
Following the announcement of a national bank holiday on Monday 19 September to mark the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, there will be a number of changes to council services.
No waste collections will take place on Monday 19 September.
