Created in partnership with Seed Wellbeing UK, this page brings together trusted expertise, professional resources, local support information, and practical guidance to help individuals and communities feel more connected, informed and supported.

Who is Seed Wellbeing UK?

Seed Wellbeing UK is a community-focused wellbeing consultancy, supporting individuals and organisations to raise awareness, offer support & build healthier, more connected workplace cultures. Through evidence-based training, practical resources, events and collaborative support, the Seed Wellbeing Team empower our community to prioritise mental health and wellbeing, raising awareness so that people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive in life.
