Get your skates on this festive season, because Portsmouth On Ice is back in Guildhall Square, and we’ve got your chance to be there for free! One lucky winner will receive either a family ticket or four individual tickets to enjoy this magical winter attraction on real ice.
Running from until Sunday 4th January 2026, (except for Christmas Day), Portsmouth On Ice is the perfect seasonal treat for all ages. Each skate session lasts a full one hour, giving you plenty of time to glide, spin and soak up the festive atmosphere.
The rink is open every day (except Christmas Day) from 10am for general skating, with selected 9am Tips & Tricks sessions for those looking to sharpen their skills. Evening skates run right through to 8pm Sunday-Wednesday, and 9.15pm Thursday-Saturday, all under a clear covered canopy, so the fun continues whatever the weather.
Whether it’s a family outing, a festive catch-up with friends or your first time on the ice, this is a Christmas experience not to be missed - and it could be yours for free!

Terms and Conditions Apply:
- Entrants must be 18 or over and live within a PO postcode
- Texts are charged at your standard network rate and you must have the bill payers permission before submitting your entry.
- Competition closes on Sunday 28th December 2025 at exactly 8:59am.
- Entries after the competition closing time won't count but may still be charged.
- Winners are selected at random and will be contacted via telephone or email.
- The winner's name will be read out on Express FM after 9am on Sunday 28th December 2025.
- If we cannot get hold of a winner, another entrant may be selected at random.
- Some prizes may require you to be able to collect them from the Express FM offices at Eldon Building, Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth, PO12DJ.
